Rahul Verma is the Founder & Managing Director of ROOHI Hospitality Group Pvt. Ltd.
Rahul established his brain child in October 2016, after being well-versed in the trade for almost 20 years. He has quite an impressive background in Asset & Financial Management, Operation, Marketing, Sales and General Management with highly reputed companies like Inter Continental The Lalit, Ramada International, The Orchid Group, Travelguru.com, Sarovar Group of hotels, Leonia Holistic destination, Rhythm Resorts & Spa and Jaypee Group. He has worked within all marketing territories of the country. He has put all of his knowledge and experience of hospitality and tourism into creating ROOHI and he will utilize his industry connections to take it to the top!
With ROOTEL, the focus is to resolve and reform sustainable business model for hotel & real estate industry which are unsustainable from a financial viewpoint, either for individual consumers or investment companies. Most residential or hotel units operated at a negative cash flow as projections of occupancy and ADR's fell well below expectations and the sale of apartments & residence were Nil.
